You have had my package in Perrysburg facility since 9/16. That’s over ten days. What’s the deal USPS is quicker then you are

FedEx is the worst! If I know ahead of time that FedEx is the shipping agent I will buy from someone else. On multiple occasions they have sent packages across country to simply ship 300 miles while causing upwards ot 2 1/2 weeks delay in shipping. The CO'S need terminated immediately!

Kept medication that needed to be kept cold in a truck for 5 days ruining it. Incompetent.

Fastest overseas delivery

The newcastle,ok fedex driver is not good. I had timely delivery yesterday and he can’t find my package. He has been seen driving with his door open and dropping packages out on the road as he flies around the neighborhoods. I seen several packages on the road yesterday and then my package couldn’t be found. I’m so angry somehow it made it from florida to OKC just fine but couldn’t make it to Newcastle? Hire decent drivers.

Did not arrive when i was told it would and needs ro be signed for and i waited all day . No idea where package is or when it will arrive.. this company is not good .

Replacement credit card was sent regular overnight shipping... due by 9/28 8pm. Never arrived. 8:01pm tracking updated to say possible delay. 8:02 tracking updated to say new delivery date 9/28 end of day. but package scan says its across the country. no live customer service avail. phone call says no new information is available. I can't think of any worse scenario of service that FedEx could possibly do more.

Always late and unable to track. Poor reliability

I was notified of a delivery to arrive on a specified date that required a signiture. I arranged my schedule to be home but tge driver didn't show up. and Fedex never notified me. I recieved a second potential date and as of now, no delivery, no explaination and innaccurate track8ng information. My time has value, and fedex doesn't seem to recognize that. Do better. Be professional. There are many shipping options.
