They do not update tracking

Very good service

My parcel was damadged fully. My sender sent products in plastic box but fedex removed all box and broke all my jewellery.

My package was in Tracy for 4 days in Sacramento for 4 days the supposed to be delivered at 3:50 today FedEx truck drove by me at 5:36 now I probably have to wait another day or two to still get my package I didn't even want to give it one star

Shipment now 3 days late .no update.

2nd time my package has not arrived when I was told it will be there. Going on 3rd day now and still hasn't arrived.

No ETA for tracking?

I was sent a response on 25th of September that this package was to be delivered Saturday the 25th and I never received it. It was suppose to be by end of 25th of September and it is now the 26th and never received it. It was a birthday present for someone and here we go again, late!

Room a week to get one package

Would never use FedEx again was supposed to be delivered yesterday still not here today and not til end of day tomorrow????¿?????.

Worst ever! 22 deliveries to either the wrong address or not delivered at all the last one was delivered to a vacant lot they need to start drug testing their drivers they are the worst that there can possibly be!!!!!

Wish companies would have to identify which carrier they used. I would only go with a company shipping with UPS unless I couldn't find it elsewhere. FedEx doesn't meet shipping dates, drops our packages at incorrect address, leaves packages here that should go to a different address and totally loses some packages. Come on FedEx. Do better!

Don't deliver to my address on a regular basis.
