FedEx does not deliver when they say they will the last package I had come from FedEx the driver put it in front of my garage door for anyone and everyone to steal I sent video clips to FedEx with no outcome now I'm waiting on another package those two men here Thursday September 23rd then Friday September 24th and now there's another delay cannot find a delivery date anywhere on FedEx's website probably not a good cup need to be using. Better to use UPS or order from Amazon.

Never on time. Always lies and says they try to deliver but no one home when my husband is home all day. This is the last straw...will request to use a different company from now on because FedEx is so UNRELIABLE!!!!!

I paid for next day delivery and that delivery date has been missed by two days. I finally got a tracking number but it does no give me the expected date of delivery.

FedEx, since they became a company flying Sabreliners, i have never had a issue. Only one they were a day late. Boston and New York got snowed in and FAA had the aircraft grounded. But once they wete free to fly, they made a special effort to make the delivery to us. They have been very reliable with every package i ever had.

The worst tracking system I've ever used. I will go out of my way not to use fedex in the future.

I have not received one order shipped trough Fedex. They lost my Watch in January they delivered my Samsung Note 21 in completely different street even tho it was requiring signature this. Now I am waiting 4 days extra for my Sig range finder this company is horrible

Everytime I get something delivered via FedEx and I'm home they will not buzz up to my apartment and I have to have it held for pickup. I'm also not notified that they were here so I have to be vigilant when they leave a tag. Can they not go the extra mile and buzz me? They have my name and room number, I live in a tiny apartment building with a small list, I shouldn't have to give them explicit instructions for a simple task that every other delivery company can do. The o ly good thing I could say about FedEx is that they ship fast, but that is null when it takes another day for them to bring it to my pickup location.

My package has been in France for a week and I don't understand why. And can't get ahold of anyone Frome fedex

Terrible. Tells me nothing when I track package except it got to FedEx in Kent WA. on 9.19 which is about 8 miles from my house. It is now 10:00 pm on 9.24 and it is still at FedEx in Kent. Good job FedEx. I wish it would have shipped UPS instead.

Is there a zero? Delivery due between 2 & 8. Past eight, no delivery. Oh and it was perishable. It was live lobsters.
