Did not get package

Still waiting for delivery be 14 days this just stupidity u are not even close to being a delivery service

Takes so long to get shipments. What should be at most a 2 day drive takes 4 days without updates

Worst shipping service ever

Never arrives on posted date,often to wrong address.

I ordered American Eagle jeans and paid for 2 day shipping ($15). I bought them for vacation so they were supposed to be here the day before I left (tomorrow). They still aren’t here even though the website says it would have been here today. I got an email saying “Potentially Delayed” and it would still arrive today. Its not here.

This has been the worst shipping experience ever. Monday September 13 the package was tracked to facility in Ohio. 2 days later on September 15, the package is showing in a different town in Ohio. The package was going to NY. Is the person delivering this package doing it on foot?

FedEx should call before to leave sticky paper with the door tag number in order to avoid come back and delay much more the delivery.

Always outstanding service and timely updates of package status.

Receiving packages from FedEx has always been a pleasure their drivers are professional and FedEx is always quick with the deliveries.

Always on time no lost or damaged packages

Worst performance I’ve seen in the business. Having experience in a postal office, it does not take a week to have a blank poster board come in. And especially since it hasn’t arrived yet and been a week. The date said it would arrive September 12 and here we are in September 15.
