Never on time. My last 6 packages that have shipped through fedex have all come late. From 3 days late to a week and a half late. Waiting on a package now that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and tracking shows it 2 states away yet. I don't know how people are still using this company, mail is faster anymore.

My package has passed by my area hub twice. The logistics behind FedEx are less than stellar. While trying to locate package customer service could only regurgitate prescripted prompts. I was told that Trace was put on my package and someone would call me back within 2 hours. So far it's been about 18 hours without a call back. From Houston to Memphis to Fayetteville Arkansas is understandable. From Houston to Memphis to Tulsa back to Fayetteville is an absolute waste of time and money. I can only imagine shipping costs would be lower if competent administration was in charge of the logistics.

Worst delivery company out there, they lie, they are lazy drivers who won’t even get out of their trucks and say you weren’t home even if theydont even ring apartment buzzer, very unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone . Amazon had to let them go for all these reasons

My package is a week late and they cant tell me when its gonna be here after calling several times? Also the package tracking doesnt work at all
