Worst tracking system I have ever used

Item sent to me on eBay UK posted Wednesday for Friday delivery now Monday no updates from FedEx seem hopeless so far

FedEx is simply the worst.

I paid overnight delivery on sept 16 to get the next business day the 17 and we are sept 20th and not deliver yet I would like to get my money back why should I paid extra and don't get the service very pist

Have had to make multiple calls to try and make my package get here on time and still hasnt. This isn't the first time either.

Always dependable great place to work as well

Worst service!!! Parcel is held up at warehouse without delivery for couple of weeks!!

So wednesday I sent a package that was about 6 oz. Supposed to be delivered Saturday by 11:30 am. Checked tracking and it left saturday at 11:30am. It went to Texas to come back to Louisiana to go to South Carolina. By the end of the run it will be a week to get to the destination. 5 days after it was supposed to arrive. Lost my business for good

My package left Kentucky on Aug 25th. As of Sun, Sept 19th no one seems to know where it is. All I get is that it is in transit. I live exactly 8 hrs from where it was sent from! Pathetic company and NOT our first problem with Fedex!

Package was to arrive Saturday the 18th, I'm still waiting?? ?

I made a purchase worth $426 and for lack of respect from FedEx I have not received my item. irresponsible

Poor delivery service. My package was literally crushed.

I’m not giving my credit card info to get or not get answers on why it has taken from sept 5th to September 17th for me to send something going to Texas that has arrived a couple of days ago in Tracy Ca about an hours drive from my home in Clayton Ca. The rating is zero!
