Terrible!!!! They lost my package and it’s only 30 mins from my house. That’s twice with FedEx in a year. Never again.

As for delivery: - no sticky notice for myself on my building door, mail boxes, or apartment door yet there were 2 other FedEx stickers for others so they can gain access to the building Phone calls - not one phone call or voicemail stating an attempt to deliver was made, your shipment is ready. Apparently this day and age the costumer has to watch their shipments like hawks now - got a SNOTTY phone call from a private number (???) From a FedEx representative who told me they have tried SOOO MUCH to deliver it and when I asked if it was the normal to not leave the delivery sticker got a curt reply that the driver did and I just need to pay attention. Was told my package would be ready for pick up Saturday and a location, agreed on by me, close to me home - Robot voice ON SPEAKER PHONE hangs up on me after saying FedEx Ground...TWICE without me pressing any buttons - package is now at a location 45 minutes away from my house....?! WHAT THE HELL FED EX Package pick up - NO package ready saturday or Monday afternoon -tracking number just keeps saying delayed

I was lied to by the agents in kumasi , he told me the parcel would reach its destination by Monday because Saturday n Sunday are part of the working days ..I’m very disappointed the parcel is still in transit because the documents is very urgent and must reach its destination by 8am

Was supposed to receive package on 914 it is now 9:21 and I still do not have it

Over 1 week late, not good at all.

FedEx has to be the absolute worst for delivery and tracking.

Your service is bad ...A package was given to your company since 14th Sep and it was supposed to be delivered on the 17th Sep ..Your company did not deliver until 21st Sep.This would have caused alot of havoc if we paid for 7days

Worst service EVER. Sadly will not be using this supplier again if they continue to use FedEx. Tracking is terrible and nothing is ever on time.
