Really bad service.pacage is in the customs for about a week.no one call me to inform or update. Never ask anyone to use FedEx again.

Rarely get our package to our door (which is in the back). Often ends up on the front porch (or even the lawn). FedEx is the worst.

This DELIVERY service is the bottom of the barrel had package attempt today 8-10-21 guy rang bell one time no chance to answer door left slip and pulled off never used FedEx before all my deliveries are UPS never once had missed delivery will make sure orders specific to UPS now I am chasing my merchandise

FedEx can’t ever apparently find our street/ house and we receive only half of products ordered! No way to communicate with facility drivers leave with packages in Belden MS!!!!

Was good, gone downhill and now in the same league as Yodel. Poor service all round. "Next day" delivery actually means may or may not arrive.

They mistook Massachusetts for Massapequa, NY and sent the package the wrong way. When they finally do deliver, if they'll dump it on the steps and run like thieves, leaving the package for real thieves!
