FedEx is the worst shipping company I have ever experienced. The company makes promises it clearly doesn't intend to keep. I have yet to experience an on time delivery with FedEx. On one occasion I paid $50 to overnight medicine from NJ to NC. FedEx said it would be there on Thursday. It was not delivered until that Monday. Currently, on July 26, I ordered a piece of furniture that was to be delivered August 4th, today is August 8th. Still NO delivery. I will try my darnedest not to order anything from a company that uses FedEx.

It shown: 03 Aug. Arrived at FedEx Location. No further updates!

Packages not delivered. Try getting ahold of someone. You end up in another country. How can they help. Nobody to get a hold of. This is the worst representative help I have ever dealt with. Took ph. Number and email and 4 days later still nothing. I'm not impressed. I cant even rate this service

Lies about delivery dates. Bad as post office. No trust any longer.

Fedex was once a fast service but now they are comparable to Canada post when it comes to delivery delays. What a waste of money.
