Payed for fast shipping it’s been a week and 2 days and they can’t tell me where my shipment is other then it’s on the way MAYBE

Parcel sent to WRONG STATE! Destination is CalIfornia. Parcel sent to Wisconsin. Live plants died.

You promise it will arrive. Well my package never got to me and now it doesn't seem to matter that someone made a mistake.

I actually talked to someone and they encouraged me to start a claim. So they filed it and they told me I would here back within 5 days. After the 5th day I called back and was unable to speak with anyone and it just kept saying this case was solved. I never got my package. Just Saturday I received a package for someone down the road. Yeah your people don't make mistakes.

Very poor and slow service from India to Australia

Tracking says "delivered" but I did not get my package! Your incompetent driver delivered it to the wrong address! Your tracking system was no help! No excuse for such sorry service!

My package was delivered to address 9108 instead of 9116 for no good reason, but driver error! Glad that I know my neighbors, or I would have never found my new mini refrigerator using your system! No excuse for a driver not to read the address and deliver to the right house!

Never has pkg arrived on delivery date. Most of the time it's been 2 to 3 days later.

I literally have an email from Walmart and FedEx stating my package will be delivered today 7/31 by the end of business day.....why does this website say it'll be delivered 8/3?! I've been home all day because it said it required a signature!
