They 99 percent of the time deliver to my neighbors house we have same numerical numbers But different st addresses mine is st the 1 they always deliver to is place we also do not have the same last name it is always important mail

Completely unacceptable package tracking. My customers ask where there items are with no support from FedEx. To have no updates on tracking for 3 or more days is awful. FedEx needs to reassess how they operate their business or they may not have one in the future. High cost of shipping and bad service is not good

Was text early yesterday morning that my parcel would be delivered "today", it did not arrive and when tracked it never left Camberley depot, and no update has been made on the system since yesterday mid afternoon. The office isn't open and not answering calls, it all seems a lot more shambolic than I would have expected from such a big name in the business

Parcel never arrived, 7 weeks later still waiting for replacement as driver said it was delivered. FedEx has admitted liability and say a replacement is on way but still nothing yet. Terrible company

The FedEx truck pulled into my driveway.i live in the country and my driveway over 100 yards long .i was about to go outside to get my package and the truck left. Driver never even got out of the truck. Just pulled up and left .then claimed that my package could not be delivered. Totaly unacceptable

Constantly later than told and say the attempted delivery but they dont come down my driveway and leave packages in the rain on the main road beside my mailbox.... piss poor service

I have just wasted my entire Friday evening, missing dinner with friend because I ordered my package on Tuesday...was told it would arrive on Thursday... it did not. I then got an email saying it would be delivered by Friday at 8pm. It's almost 10 and I still don't have it. It' something I have to sign for so I can't go anywhere. This is not acceptable.

Worst ever. Recieve Hello Fresh perishable food boxes, and have instructions on the shipping label plus sign at the door for delivery person to ring the doorbell. FedEx driver doesn't do this so the box sits outside in 105 - 110 degree weather, sometimes for hours at a time. The driver's is either illiterate and can't read, or just plain doesn't care.

I have a package sitting at the Hutchins facility for 7 days now. Can not get even an estimated delivery date. Have sent text, several customer calls as well as web checks with no results. I have been told reps. would call within 2 hours. What a laugh! Also that a tracer had been put in package. Why a tracer if it is sitting as they say at the facility. Poor customer service and will never use FedEx again. I will always ask first who the shipper will be.
