Consistently delivers to the wrong address.

Trying to figure out tracking is very poor

Says it's delivering a package today which I've been expecting and now they can't find the package this is par for the course lately

Driver was supposed to deliver a package and never attempted the delivery. He lied about the delivery and researchers have lost a valuable sample.

The drivers are irresponsible they do not leave cards, they ring the bell but do not wait till we come down.

IF YOU WANT YOU PACKAGE Always request a shipper OTHER THEN FEDEX.

Delivered my package to the wrong location. Unknown where. Party that did receive never turned it back into fedex. Dont know how they handed it to wrong location when my house number is clearly on my front porch post n in my driveway porch post. It was morning delivery person not afternoon. The afternoon guys great...never had a problem with him

Fedex is the absolute worst when it comes to getting anything delivered no matter the day, time, month, or year just horrible at what they do.

Very poor customer service. Given the product was delivered by manufacturer to fedex on July 27, as of July 30, the status indicated 'waiting for item'. Definition and the correlation to delivery date should be clarified.

Some representative don't no no more than you so there no need to ask them questions then they barely speaking English

Paid for next day , my fault went to shop and missed delivery . Why not drop at neighbours . Now its going to be next week £7 on next day wasted , brilliant.
