I have a package showing in distribution center for over 6 days and still can't get estimated delivery date. Sick of hearing the covid excuse. Amonzon can give estimated delivery dates, why can't FedEx?

Your tracking service is terrible. And your shipping is slow. It took 2 days just to go about 6 miles. It gives me no possible delivery date. The last package I received from FedEx my neighbor found in the alley all wet from rain.

my parcel was out for delivery today. I have driven 40 miles to make sure I was in. Now got a message to say it will not be delivered, even though it clearly implied it was out for delivery today. So why isn't it being delivered if it was on the van for delivery?

Would give less stars if I could. Paid for overnight yet still don't have my package. Call customer service only to get the same information the website provides. They have no clue where my package s or when I might get it

I have medicines shipped to my home. Medicine that has to be keep cold. I contacted Fedx several times about my delivery for July 27 th. They kept saying it would be delivered. This medicine has been on a truck for 2 days and has not been delivered on time. Not a happy camper here. Can someone explain to me where my package is and what happened?
