Too bad...can,t even know where my parcel has gotten too

Not delivered at the right time

Always late if u even get your packages worse delivery company out there I wish they would let u give a minus stars to be truthful

What is the sense of making my package Express FedEx delivery and it still hasn't gotten to it's Final Destination still in transit I thought this was Express FedEx mail......

In the past year i sent two different packages via Fedex. Neither were delivered to the correct address and one package has to this very day been located.

Unsatisfied.. Parcel delivery super delayed..

They did not bother to knock on my door just left the package and walked away somebody stole it

My experience with Fedex has been above and beyond expectations!

I always used to think of FedEx as the most reliable delivery service. All I can think is that they must be really short-handed. I've had two packages delivered in the past few weeks. Both had delivery estimates that changed multiple times. Must recently it went from Sunday to Tuesday to Thursday. Mapping shows the package day in at least two different towns for 2 days each. Each delay is such a disappointment when it's something I'm really anxious to receive. If this is now the norm for FedEx, don't keep telling us it will come sooner. It's makes it doubly obvious you are not living up to your own standards.

Super fast service

FedEx has been awful on making deliveries. So far the last few times they were late by days of delivery. An we paid for it to be delivered in 2 days. The regular mail does better and cost a lot less.

I am very satisfied with both the service person and the delivery time!
