Best shipping people ever

Delivery date changes al the time. Terrible service

Parcel was delivered a day late due to the fact the driver couldn't find the address...but it got here with no other issues.

Missed delivery date by 5 days so far and still waiting!

I purchased two outdoor settings from Walmart in US and have followed the tracking. I Stayed home all day waiting for the delivery and now seeing that it states there was an exception undelivered and pick up is at Woolloongabba. I am 68 and my husband is 71 and we cannot physically pick this up . Disgusting service!

Absolutely ridiculous parcel service, having to chase every day with no sight of getting your package!

If I could give a negative 100 rating I would, stick with ups. Fed-ex is the worst they will actually text you telling your package is be delivered on this day before 9pm mean time you are home waiting for it just to find out package ain't even in your state 3xs now.. never again.

Their delivery times are never 3 days......more like 2 weeks or they lose your package!!! Unacceptable!!!

Never a box not damaged if it actually arrives on time. Forget customer service if they were of any help the packages would be here wouldn't they ?

Poor telephone customer service

Documents never arrived. Still waiting...... And no one can suggest where they might be or if I'll ever get them. Terrible.
