I run short of words to say what I have to.....

It amazes me that 15 years ago FedEx was number one in domestic shipping. Now Fedex has dropped significantly to my opinion last place. I use domestic shipping every week and I dred when I have to use Fedex. I can't understand what has happened to the reliability and overall performance of Fedex now.

Parcel never delivered.

Severe delays for 2 straight times. UPS in the future.

It was suppose to arrive in two days it’s been tree days and the package still in rout this is the second time

An absolute joke outfit I'm still waiting for my parcel after 7 days and supposed to be a 24 hour service. No Communication and the worst courier service I've ever dealt with. Avoid at all cost. No stars.

Since when did FedEx become so unreliable. They had delivered packages to the wrong house. Just now the package is supposed to be here at 12:45 it is now 1:30. These are live fish then I'm having shipped to me as well. Absolutely unbelievable. Gets its matter of time before they go out of business.

Fed Ex surpasses ups in every metric. Delivery drivers are always polite and professional. Fast and packages never look abused.

Great service package arrived before promise date!

I checked tracking and it has the package as delivered but I don't have it. So much for paying for expedited shipping. I rate your service as a "0" as no service was provided.

Why my parcel is still in Darlington?

They NEVER deliver in time and just leave on fence. Important papers get wet when left that way and they do it ALL the time. Im waiting on a VERY important document that should have been here since 12pm, it us 8pm and still NOTHING!!!
