Dropped it off at the London drugs near my house, not at the Canada Post inside where it was supposed to go. Left my very expensive package in question as to where it was.

Worse than the USPS and cost money to use never again you can not even get a reminder that your parcel is arrived at the door !!!!! Very mad !!!

Sent a message to say date of delivery without either am or pm and expected us to wait in all day. Typically they tried to deliver whilst I had nipped out and couldn't do anything about it until our parcel had arrived back at the depot! What a poor service!

In one weeks time my package only made it from WI to CO. Only half way here. They are living plants. Will probably receive dead.

In home 99 % of the time when thi gas are delivered and they drop it off at the barn. I am disabled and the packages have direct orders on them where to deliver them. The fed-ex drivers can not even follow simple directions. So until they can get it right fed-ex will get this low rating and when I have a choice of delivery companies I will use UPS. At least they get my packages to my front porch!!!!!!!

Delivered on Sunday, which is nice, and a day before scheduled. But the package was leaned up against a porch post, highly visible from the street, and just screaming to be stolen. No doorbell ring. Fortunately, I saw it as i was pulling out of the driveway. Whew! $350 worth of merchandise.
