It’s very hard to understand what’s happening with my shipments it has been 1 months shipped and still didn’t get the shipment. Usually it takes 6 days from Turkey To Australia. But now even the customer service they don’t know why is late that’s really bad like you can’t trust them and bad service

Said it wd be here sat 7-3 never came still waiting no email about where and when it will arrive.....

FedEx is literally the worst mail/package delivery company ever. Our packages are always late, not updated, or indefinitely in transit. Basically the “spirit airlines” of mail service……

My envelope was delivered earlier than stated. It was left of at a Fed Ex store location and from Baldwin Park Ca to Houston Texas arrived 3 days, like it stated on the receipt. I also had the BEST customer service Representative, he was very helpful.

No help..lost another package

They have never delivered on time.

You have held a package of mine in the same place for 10 days. When I call I get excuses and no action. My parcel still sits in that location. It has not moved since June 23.

Easy to use tracking I wish it was faster service to get my package but easy to navigate website it was a lot easier than Amazon

Lost my area rug that’s 5”x 8” it was sent via 2 day shipping and showing at Austell location who can’t “find it” it’s at the point I am weary of ordering anything online if i know it’s going to come fed ex I request a different carrier or cancel my order. Austell Ga location is the worst. Then my replacement they sent via FedEx too even when I requested another carrier but guess what? That one is also MIA and was supposed to deliver today

Loses packages and replacement packages regularly. Never reliable or on time

The Austell Ga location is consistently 3-4 days late with deliveries and loses large expensive items on a regular basis

I like them but I wish they would give you the option to receive updates from either email or texts. I have never seen a shipping company that didn't give that option. I like the updates sent so I easily find out where it is without having to go into website & put number in everytime.

Super fast service

FEDEX has lost my package and nobody can tell where it is or when I will get it.
