It's so simple to know where your parcel is any time any day

Sent 2 parcels at the same time, to the same address. Supposed to arrive Friday June 25, 1 arrived the other????? Who the heck knows. I've tracked it and its enroute WTF??? I paid $116.64 . From Alberta to Winnipeg???

I paid $40 to have my package delivered overnight and on delivery day they claim to have tried to deliver and there was no access which is not so because my daughter was home and no one rang her bell in which thats what they do always and today they say no access. I want my money back for over night service!!!!

We have never had a problem receiving packages unless they are delivered by Fed ex. These guys just leave our packages anywhere. The lawncare service near us have found several of our packages left outside of their office. Its ridiculous

Lost my check in the mail on a 2 day shipping. A week later still no clue where it went!

FedEx is rubbish. I am still waiting for my parcel which should have been delivered on 25th June latest. Tracking says they have it but can't even give me a delivery date. I think they have lost it. DON'T USE THEM

Tracking number is a joke. There is no activity on my package since June 23rd. Really? You don't know where it even is.

Horrible service! Can not talk to a live person!! My package has been in Fife, WA all week- an hour from where I live and has not been delivered!! Want to know why?? Hate Fed Ex!!

Package wasn’t on time been waiting 3 days

my much needed parcel,was shipped 5 days ago. Less than a hundred miles away. 5 days later it's 600 miles away. Tracking doesn't let me know when it will arrive. If I could rate them less than a 1, I would. UPS delivered 350 miles away in LESS than 24 hours. Never again will I buy a item that must be shipped FedX

We ordered a phone for my husband after his broke. It was suppose to be here 06/30/21, as of today, 07/01/21, the phone is still sitting in Tracy, California. I'm in Washington.

Tell me it’s coming a certain day, then delayed until the next day. Next day, nothing. FedEx is the worst of all the carriers. What happened? They used to be the best. Disappointed.
