Not very accurate tracking

Rotten, it says they haven't recieved the parcel yet but it it also says on line it delivers today by 8pm. What's up wit dat?

Can’t get an answer on my parcel. Talking to a computer is the only option completely useless shameful disgrace

They never deliver my boxes to the porch as I have specified many times that I needed and wanted. They leave all of my stuff up at the road for anyone to come by and steal. I am disabled and I have a hard time bringing those boxes down to my property. It's funny because the USPS can do it and also UPS. But never FedEx!!

The service thus far is not terrible, it's far worse than that

The tracking should show where package is en route. It just says in transit. Would like a GPS on vehicle that is carrying my package so I know where it is in transit.

Package shows it reached terminal that is only 30 minutes from my house one June 2nd. Still have not received the package

FedEx day in my driveway for over 5 minutes as I was expecting delivery today. They left and package wasn't on my porch.... kinda weird fedex kinda weird.

The Covid excuse is wearing thin, mostly your tracking is horrendous.

Good package protection policy Even few hours delay but at the end the item goes to the designated receiver

It is urgent that is why paying for international courier, but still holding in 3-4 days transit in Singapore

iv been waiting for my package for 2 months. it has not moved from north salt lake city. not worth one star!!
