absolute worst shipping service. the amount of times ive lost packages, gotten false delivery messages, and received damaged products from your company is insane.

I do not receive my orders when delivered by FedEx. I have lost 2 expensive orders that were not delivered, however FedEx says that they were!! Waiting all day for my meat Jowl order,tracking indicates that it is in Ocala Florida, that was the same answer 12 hours ago.Use another carrier, Not FedEx Inform your merchant that No FedEx.

They are incompetent.Shipped a package to be delivered on 6/11/2021 and as of 6/13/2021 package cannot be found and they have no solution. Every day is the next day

I would never opt for using fed ex again. I am still waiting on delivery of a package that was picked up in Austell, GA. June 1, 5 days going to CA. Then to AZ. OK. BACK to TN. In Nashville now. No delivery date given. I live about 95 miles north of Nashville. Maybe package will arrive soon.

You have made my package late many times. Whats the pointbjm paying for a delivery date for a specific time. Also the people at the 800 number are not knowledgeable they need an inservice on how to read tracking. Every package should be scanned at every location. We will be finding a new shipping service.

This is the worst delivery system ever. I got an expensive box of food that went missing for a week so I had to throw it all out. Now I have an expensive bonsai tree that went from Arkansas to Tennessee and no delivery date as of yet. I'll never use FEDX again
