FedEx reviews

Packages were to be delivered on Friday and driver said no one was home. We were home all day. Driver never stopped at our house. FedEx said it will deliver on Saturday, packages never showed up. Now the tracking says Monday. For some reason their driver does not want to deliver to my address. This same thing has happened in the past. If driver is to lazy to deliver to my address on a timely manner, I would get rid of him. This person must not like his job. I believe FedEx owes us an answer to why this keeps going on with are delivers.

Status changes from delivery date of today to “pending”. And no date provided. Paid a fortune in shipping. Never again. Will use a company from now on that uses UPS or USPS. Very upset!!

The worst Shipping Company in the world they loose packages and give you no answer for weeks this happened to twice one time they said it was delivered and laid to my face they deserve 0 rating

The worst shipping Company on the planet they loose your package and you get no answer for weeks this happened to me twice one time they even said they delivered and laid to my face I would rate zero if there was option to do so

Package sits more than traveling, tracking goes two days without moving , if delivered on time I would have received my package before going on vacation very poor service!!

5 days on a overnight package! Sad

Terribly slow. Either the item has sitting at a FedEx depot not moving anywhere for 6 days and counting. Or the tracking system is completely useless!!

My item was supposed to have been delivered on June 7th by 5 p.m. Since then all I see is “waiting for item” for 3 days. Could someone please update the status. Waiting for item does not say anything, I’m also waiting for item.

Absolutely the must irresponsible company in the planet! Warning do not ship with FedEx. 8 days and still no package.

I ordered a item on Amazon which is delivered by fedex. If it keeps saying I am not home however I have been home this entire time and no delivery was made aware to me however it says delivery attempted! This is complete BS as I was home the whole day and at the time this attempted delivery was made. This is not the 1st time that fedex has lied.
