Over promised under perform

I'm in NE WA. You send it to Crossed WA , then back to Portland OR. WTF?

My item should of been here yesterday 6/09/21 and today is6/10/21 and still in transit from San Fernando Valley , California??? Why is my due to arrive date not Updated when it's Delayed like mine is ???! What's the problem / delay. Doesn't anybody check transit order Updates ??? Someone dropped the ball somewhere and. I'm still waiting for my item. What's the delay ?? Did the driver get Lost ??

Parcels sit too long in warehouse

I had a computer repaired and I was told by Fedex that someone would need to be home to receive it. So we stayed home to be able to sign for it. I happened to check online trying to track it. I found out it was delivered! There was no doorbell rung to let us know or no signature. I am glad I checked the tracking because my computer could have been stolen. Very poor job of delivery. I was glad I was home to get it and not be stolen. Poor service!

It would have been nice if they had left the parcel with a neighbour, as asked for Trying to find where the driver is, is not straight forward either, compared to all of their competitors

Worst worst service in the world

It seems FedEx is the only courier company that does not deliver to your door, FedEx always just leaves a FedEx sticker saying they were here with a parcel delivery, this has happened to me more than once, I would just like my package to be delivered to my door, I thought that was included in the delivery cost to be delivered right to your door?????

Terrible service. So far 3 days past estimated delivery and tracking has stopped. Not sure what has happened to FedEx. This isn't the first bad experience.

Ordered from Walmart twice. They use Fed Ex. Both times my package was lost but showing up as delivered. Customer service is horrible. I've received packages from UPS and never had issues. This is the last time doing business with anyone using Fed Ex. Not worth the time and aggravation. Almost impossible to get through to a real person and by the time you do you end up dealing with some angry customer service agent who had a bad day and tries to take it out on you. No Thank you!

Received a package that was not for me. No easy way to notify Fed Ex of their error

Terrible service..it took 2 days for package to come from Europe to Canada and five days after it cleared the customs here to be delivered to my home. Every day tracking says they are delivering today and every day they fail to deliver. Never FedEx again
