Terrible updates when I finally got any. Call taker said I would receive email updates and never got any. Also said it would be delivered today and still not here.

I once used FedEx and they lost my package and I called and had all my information and they would hang the phone ion my calls I would never used them again. And don’t Recommend anyone use them. They didn’t not even look good my babies Clothes.

I've contacted this company a few times now with very specific delivery options and they have yet to follow through. They leave my package outside at the main entrance of an apartment building complex where just anybody can take!! I order this one a month and it's 50lbs. I'm not the healthiest person so this makes it quite difficult to bring to my actual apartment. Definitely not the best telephone customer service either. I'll be contacting the company that ships this and have them use Canada Post or whoever else they can.

The absolute WORST tracking system ever!!!

It's day 3 on a package that was shipped with 2 day shipping. Tracking estimated delivery in TX by 8p Tues. It didn't leave TN until after 1p Tues. Last time the driver didn't bother knocking(I was home waiting for it), took it back to the terminal for pick up.

Awful...I was home except for 15minutes the day they supposedly delivered my overseas package...I never saw fedexpress come by...nor my package...My neighbor has a camera in his yard he said he never saw a truck deliver it or go by. YET the driver said he did ...it was important..Where is my package then Fed ex???????

* I live less than 7 miles from the Perrysburg’s hub….. my package has been there since Sunday…. Today is Wednesday….this is unacceptable…for a company that specializes in delivering packages they are failing.

I sent a parcel a week ago from uk to India Still it has not been delivered. It’s been roaming between Delhi and moradabad. I don’t know why?. I had sent one parcel two years ago on the same address which was delivered in one week time but don’t know what is happening now!

Paid for FedEx Priority Overnight and no package - Horrible Service

Horrible service… not worth it… no faster…might as well send it with Canada Post

I like UPS service better than FEDEX. My package has been rescheduled 3 times and still not deliver yet.

Absolutely rubbish. Was told parcel would be delivered today. Rang back to be told not arriving today will be tomorrow

I ordered 1 week ago still can't track order!
