If you pay a certain price for shipping and you give a delivery date you should honor it. Package from Oklahoma was suppose to be here NO LATER THAN TODAY. Its in Texas I wont see it too at least Monday SMH

Everything I've had coming by FedEx over the last few months has been at least one to two weeks late from the date it was supposed to be here I've been waiting on a package that was supposed to been here Wednesday now they don't even know when it'll be here really getting sick of this I will never use FedEx again if I got anything to do with it

Most definitely a horrible hateful mean spirited money grubbing do nothing company on the planet. Government needs to use the anti monopoly legislation to break this monster up and stop their abuse on USA population.

My item has been in Sacramento for days and still isn’t here! UPS I can see day to day why there’s a delay if there is one but fed ex nope! The wait is far below average !

It's taking too much time to deliver the package

Ok but could be a bit more careful with handling of packages.

My package has been sitting in Georgia for three weeks. I expect my plants to be rotten if they ever arrive.

Non sense they take my package that was at a warehouse 43 mins away and took it to a differnt one 3.5 hrs further away.

Useful and reliable for important mail

The worst service I have ever used, I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I spent £28 on a service as I needed important documents delivered, 2 days past supposed delivery day and FedEx can't even tell me if my parcel is in the UK or overseas. I would not even give them one star.

Nobody can tell me where is my parcel
