I'm thankful for FedEx

Worse carrier service those days. FedEx claimed having delivered a parcel that never get delivered. Tracking #: 786759637856

I never received the package Tuesday as has been stated and I have checked with all my neighbors and no one has received to my knowledge my tracking number was 787423455802 and it said delivered Tuesday

Fast and excellent service

My parcel said 7:45 29.5.2021 still not ere never use fedex if possible again waited in saturday

I did the FedEx 2 day delivery and received my package over a week later.

My order should have arrived may 28, but it’s may 29 and I still waiting for it.

Don't want to give even one star. Parcel was due yesterday by 6pm according to Fedex, that changed to end of working day which according to Google is 8pm, then by midnight, now no time offered????? Nothing clear at all! I thought Fedex being such a well known name would be good, obviously known for all the wrong reasons! On pins now waiting, can't make any plans!

My package shows delivered but when I checked the tracking it’s been sitting on the truck since May 26

Unknown time-8;00pm I've been home all day and it's hour late, that's not how you show your services on tv

I paid more for the parcel, passport documents, get to the recivier office on the next day by air. It was delivered as it would be delivered by ground.

Fedx service is pretty descent except for a few things. Person who deliver packages to my home will not alert us when we are home that packages are outside. Keep our gate locked due to passed issues. There is a buzzer at gate and I have ask the person for Fedx to ring buzzer if she leave a package outside the gate but she just will not do it. So other then that I would have to give Fedx a poor rating due to no communications.

This is garbage. Item has been in transit for over 20 days 2 hours down the road from me. Arrived from the States the day of shipment, and has been just sitting there since. Bought something else somewhere, it shipped with someone else and arrived in 3 days.

Service I paid for ... express overnight delivery was not delivered on the time or the day... I paid extra for the service

Had a very disappointing experience with fedex . I will find another courier service . I was totally given the wrong instructions,it took up 5 hours of my precious time
