Abysmal tracking service. DHL actualy lets you see where the parcel is and an eta for its arrival. I have now been waiting for its arrival since 0800 yesterday.

Paid for next day delivery, took the day off so I could be there. Came the day after. Very poor

Delivering to the wrong address, every time.

Ordered packages from 2 different suppliers in PA and Tennessee. Both are to be delivered to Edmonton Alberta Canada on the 27th. Both still sitting in Nashville Tennessee

Most of the time it's really good. I used "Ship Your Reptiles" for live turtles often and that separate service is absolutely amazing.. As long as you pickup from FedEx it's no problems but if not then it's kinda on you anyway...

The service I have received from Fedex is terrible, my parcel was expected to be delivered on 04/12 and I am still waiting for it today, 05/24. I have contacted Fedex several times during this period, through email and calls, only to be told over the weekend that my parcel has been lost in transit. Absolutely unacceptable.

I wish I could leave zero stars for the shotty service FedEx provides

Your tracking system is very poor. My package was due to be delivered on 5/21 and I still haven't received it. The only info I receive from your automated system is my package is still in transit, so I wait all day at home for it...at least give a four hour window or day the delivery is expected!
