Always losing parcels, why!!!!!

Trying to trace my package I put the number in correctly I had no success.

Lost assault rifle and then failed to do anything about it. Claim was tedious and FedEx was nearly impossible to work with.

I just want to thank FedEx very much for hiring drivers who do not pay attention to their job if you don't like your job find a new one thank you very much for ruining my son's birthday I placed an order it was supposed to be here I looked on my phone and said it was delivered at 11:25 a.m. I was home all day in my driveway at that time I was making lunch my ex-wife was going to come over with my son and I was going to give him his package I looked all around my property nothing was here so obviously it was delivered but to the wrong house so when she arrived with my son I had nothing to give him that put me in a dog house with my ex-wife I don't have much money to run out and buy something else at the last minute when I ordered for him was something special well I hope somebody else is enjoying it I will never order and have it shipped FedEx again thank God it wasn't insolent or heart medication cuz then I'd really be screwed if I can give a minus star rating I would or if I can get a rating of zero I would so screw you FedEx just like you screwed me

Overnight expedited shipping was paid for my package to arrive at my home today by noon. Yet it's somewhere in new Jersey? I am very upset with the amount that was paid to get my item here at a set time and it's not even in the same state. This is ridiculous.

I don't have a very high opinion of FedEx drivers. I live in an apt bldg & the entry door is open 24/7. The drivers NEVER ring my buzzer to notify me & 1/2 the time they leave my pkg outside on the sidewalk. Drivers used to give much better customer service.

Package was suppose to arrive on Friday and it’s now Saturday and it’s 8 hours away and hasn’t shipped yet

Fed ex is snail mail. If l knew they were going to truck what l ordered from CA. to FL.and not fly it.l would of never ordered it.

Ordered this on May 7 for wedding shower on May 22. Shipment was delayed but to arrive day before shower on May 21. Never showed up. Too late to give as a gift. I would rate this as a 0 but that wasn't an option. Most disappointing online purchase ever.

Terrible. I’ve had 3 packages rescheduled in less than a week. What worse is one was out for “delivery 3 times then dumped at the post office.

Delivery was for 2 days ago, but as of today the package is still in India, but at least it's it has moved from another place in India. Is the manufacturer/middleman the resonsible one here or is it FedEx?

Waiting on overnight since 5/19

My mom sent me two box of clothes from london and it should be delivered to freeport bahamas on thursday they are telling her the box needs to be investigated they are holding my boxes at the fedex in Memphis,Tn we all know the workers are digging through my boxes picking out what the want to bring home to their family i know stuff will be missing whenever they deside to complete my shipment fedex has a bunch of thieves working at their facility i am never shipping with them again and i'm making sure i stop anyone i see wanting to use there service if any of my stuff go missing this is just sad old thieves as if they dont get pay to buy their own stuff their stealing from customers and lie to hold on to packages i wish i could rate zero stars

After a 500$ loss of lobster&scallops,I would never trust Fed X again,I sent a package priority service,paid extra for replacement value,was told a delivery date,well it didn’t get therefor 5 days because ,it wasn’t picked up on day i took it to pick up location,I had to change delivery location ,I made several phone calls and was told it was done,(false) it never happened,so package would have never reached destination my son was told by delivery man,I called fed x and lady there found where parcel was,son received it ,was spoiled,returned my shipping fee ,but as for the the loss of 500$ of fresh fish nothing they could do,they don’t cover that,but when sent it ,there was no problem,So the extra I paid for to cover value of parcel,they didn’t honour even though it was their fault!Was offered a free shipping up to 20 lbs,As if I would trust them ever again!i was told lies by representatives for 5 days! Don’t want anyone else to experience the same thing!
