Not Happy you delivered my package wrong location I didn't I think I received my item is missing

Super slow shipment! 5/13 shipped from Shanghai to Portland, 5/16 box is still at Shanghai, How inefficient, how can you say you are express mail

Ordered my gifts for mother's day shipped through because of carrier I purchased through ships through you. I was told the package would arrive Wednesday the 12th of May and today is the 15th technically the 16th now that is after midnight and I have yet to receive it. It contains birthday and mother's day gifts for my mom I knew I was going to get them late because of when I ordered ,but not to have something here at the time it said and still not be here for past time for delivery date. I will not recommend FedEx to anyone. This is the second time someone is my household you guys have shipped something and it's not here at the day scheduled. Plus now it says it does NOT have a delivery date. Also the place it went through sends me text messages it was suppose to be out for delivery yesterday. So I am not happy with ur service I do not this I will like to ship through again if possible.

Slow US postal service is faster

By the worst service i've ever seen. Their 800 number directs you overseas to other countries where half of them don't understand English !!!

Fedex delivery service is horrible,

I'm waiting for my package since Wednesday. You guy take for ever!!!! 4 day on the State an y don't have my package yet.

Cant even tell me where my package is, costumer service doesn't even know. The first time i asked the sent me back to the seller saying they take care of shipping, only to be sent back here. They give me a delivery date and when it comes to say its almost here it changes the delivery date to a whole different week!

I paid for the shipping. Why don’t you guys delivered?! Why am I have to go pick it up at a far far away station? Why?!

FedEx is just the best carrier, everyone should know that by now. They are great at what they do and the leader by far in this business. Thanks FedEx and your lovely team

I don’t know how this company is so popular considering how horrible and unprofessional it is. The managers won’t call you back, your package is not getting delivered even though it says it’s on vehicle for delivery for the past two weeks. Terrible.
