Sent my package to the wrong city still waiting...

Extremely quick and efficient. Very accurate

I would give it a half star for at least finding my name because other then that it is useless

Well at least the driver rang the doorbell rapidly 3 times after putting my packages in the rain puddle on my front porch.

Delivered my package to the entirely wrong house on another street and my package got stolen. Very sloppy

When tracking the parcel it told me that it would be delivered on Tuesday May 11,21. Received a email from sender telling me that it would be delivered on Monday May 10,21. and it was Was wondering why the dates were different

My package has been in transit 3 weeks and 4 days now shipped from a neighboring state - MOST of those days within NC!! There's no satisfactory explanation for such poor performance.

Getting information for my package scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 8;00 P.m. for delivery is ridiculous. No one can help me and I'm stuck at the house because that's all I can do.

Worse divery service. They left the card sorry we missed you. You login but after there is no friendly instructions how to get your parcel...no phone contact nothing...its worse for elderly people!

Very disappointed in fedex I'm waiting for a package that's on a truck that hasn't been picked up yet was supposed to be delivered on May 6 2021 not happy.....

Every time I'm SENT something with Fed-x the box is always opened and poorly repackage most of the time there is stuff missing. And always at a later date then Scheduled for delivery. They send out text saying unable to deliver no one home and I am disabled and there is someone here.This is a very undependable company, no good...!
