You need delivery persons who can "READ ENGLISH"..and deliver to the correct address on packages.Why send e- mails that a delivery was made when it WAS NOT !

Nothing EVER arrives when it is scheduled to. It hits the Mississauga facility then sits there for days and days. As one of the largest parcel delivery companies in North America, you'd think you guys would have this figured out by now. Receive, scan, load and deliver. 4 easy steps. Get it together!!

Would rate a 0. Took pkg to get shipped on 5/1. Was told it would be delivered by 5/5. It is 11:32pm on 5/6 and it still isn't here. Can't get any info online for delivery, can't reach anyone by phone. I do not call this good customer.

Got got an email saying my package was delivered at 2544 Pruden Boulevard Suffolk Virginia 23434 tracking number 509-795-854366 they said it was on the front porch was not delivered today like they said in the email

Nothing but trouble with fed ex... Late packages.. Damaged packages... Every time a company ships via fed ex I sigh and wait to see what will go wrong. I sincerely hope they go out of business soon!
