I ordered some items from a vendor and the items sat at the Ellenwood FedEx location for three weeks and then returned to the Vendor. The delivery date was changed daily and no attempt was made. I called and emailed several times, but got no results. I was only told to wait!! I was given a refund on the retired items, but would have preferred the items. I'm totally disappointed with my experience!

I was told that FedEx would have my daughter's birthday present there on Wednesday. Her birthday. That is way I picked FedEx

Left note day before, I was at home. This day I called and was told they would deliver between 4-5, I sat on the porch, she slowed down but didn't stop, I had to yell to get her to stop. This is pitiful service!

Poor overnight service

You've not only let me down, you've let yourself down. Piss poor.

Slow & rough. Packages never come when they say. I also had numerous packages open by someone stomping on the to open them or punching them to open them. Not sure what is going I the warehouse or hum, but this was definitely done on purpose. Pretty sad.

no ETA other than sometime before 6pm. No use to anyone. Use someone else

Horrible horrible shipping service. Not ever made an actual on time arrival date to me. Then when i asked to speak with someone about my lost package they refused to give me the number. This is an ongoing issue with every vendor who uses fedex to send me anything. Its a complete joke.

Disgusting company. I wish I can give you ZERO. A friend from the US sent me a gift through this stupid Company since the middle of Jan. I didn't receive it uptill now. I call the customer service and most of the time they put me in waiting for more than 20 minutes and at the end the don't reply. I had to travel to cairo to know why my package is stuck there and I found that they just have lazy employees I had to go to different official offices in Cairo to finish the procedures.

Delivered in a timely manner and package and product are intact undamaged.

it seems as tho fed ex is taking way to long ... My order said it arrived in NSL Ut an still hasn't been delivered or has moved if the tracking is correct... I won't use Fed Ex again... UPS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO , ON TIME AN THEY DELIVER WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL... REALLY UNHAPPY WITH FED EX.......

I have had things stolen from USPS and not accurate shipping information from UPS never again I only go through FedEx

Carrier pigeon is a more effective means of delivering items than fed ex. Lazy terrible customer service absolute joke
