Tracking number 816373129154 Lost for one month. I am waiting now!?!??

I mailed back a package for a refund and right now it's sitting a month out still in the same spot. Pretty soon I'm not even going to be able to get my refund because it's going to be over the return policy. Not very happy.

because you always have problems with delivery

I give it 1 star because they have to improve the tool where one can see the tracking of the packages.

I'm not sure it's FedEx fault, My packages were supposed to arrive yesterday. Tell Wish not to give a date for arrival if that's not going to happen. They said April 29th, if it's in CT it won't arrive until May 1st.

Had overnight package picked up yesterday and today it says not registered.

Parcel was supposed to be delivered a week ago, but it has just been sitting in the FedEx wear house since it arrived in Thailand... not impressed

I've been waiting for my delivery for a month they say it will be here on this certain date so I wait all day long then after that they say it is pending no bad weather but it is pending no scheduled delivery no phone number to talk to a human this is the worst company I have ever experienced that I know of they should have answer for their shortcomings they don't say in your message and tell you why is pending it makes me want to say bad words they are two pay attention to what their drivers are doing and why things are pending not happy with FedEx I will be go to UPS next time

I was charged $12 to receive my package by the end of noon and haven’t received it yet. I feel I shouldn’t have been charged if I wasn’t going to receive it on time. I feel I’m due a refund.

FedEx would not let me pick up my package that I already paid the shipping for they told me call the sender to get a hold removed I said the sender would not then they told me I would have to pay extra to remove the restriction on a package I had already paid for.
