FedEx is the worst I live at 331 East 171st Street in South Holland Illinois for years FedEx has been taking my packages to 331 East 171st place I've written it up so many times and they continue to take my packages to the wrong place I don't know what else to do other than give a -1 rating

I have yet to receive my package.

It is poor customer service when a package with critical documents and very time sensitive which was paid for a 2 day delivery, but yet it is 3 days late. Totally undependable and happens all the time.

Cost way to much to ship them 4 days late and still have got?? And the last track listing was 6 days ago so don't know where package is

Used to be a good company. But I don't know what happened to change them so much. I have been receiving messages about a parcel that was due 4 days ago. And it is scheduled everyday, is in transit every day and returns to depot every day. Which really means driver cannot be bothered to complete his deliveries. I am just waiting for them to loose it.

You won't give me any information. It says seller cancelled and I can't get a reason why from anyone so I won't be using you guys again. I'm using UPS

I was told that FedEx has probably lost my package to call the people I ordered from. Well they didn't lose my package, FedEx did. Horrible!!

Package was suppose to be here today. It's not, with no explanation. Not happy FedEx!

It's very sad when you expect a package to be delivered to you on a certain day and you don't receive it and can't get answers asto why its delayed

The worst I setup for them to txt me bc my bell doesn’t work and the notes we’re ignored now I have to take another day off sit in my car and wait for this delivery

My package is lost and the driver does not want to deliver it. you don't help me. The driver lie the first time he said the package was delivered to the door then to the locker.

Projected by 8 PM APRIL 22 never delivered waited at home all day! 10 AM ON THE 23 not even a projected date or time! Really poor Vs competitors

My package was supposed to be delivered on April 6th and I still have not received my package.And they don’t know where my package is.I am highly upset because I bought this for my son, his baby is due any day and now they don’t have a changing table.
