They have no idea how to find their way. They have tried to deliver to my home on numerous occasions and have yet to do so. They have no clue what they are doing.

Worst shipping company in US ! This is the second time this year I have not received an order in a timely fashion . Both were shipped fairly locally and took more than a week .

Package was supposed to arrive today, now it says Saturday. I never saw waiting for package before. You've been late before.

I have sent several things via FedEx in the past month and only one arrived on time. One clerk told me about the money back guarantee, but when I tried to start the process for the refund I was going to be charged $5 to begin the process. Furthermore, the last clerk who assisted me was not friendly and rather rude. I will use other services from now on.
