Late package terrible customer service. Use UPS INSTEAD

Honestly, seeing all these low reviews I shouldn't have to explain too much. Saying it was gonna be here the 8th, now it is pending. Paid for express shipping as well, for the same price I coulda just used Amazon and it would have been here long before now.

Can never deliver packages to my address. But if you put my address in the cheapest gps it will find it but FedEx can't.

Package did not arrive on expected date. The app is closer to useless if it can't give me a straight forward time of delivery. I will never use FedEx again. I trust UPS and then Us postal service. UPS app is way better.

I paid 50.00 for overknight delivery and I waited all day and was given four diferent hours now I see an other hour for Sat 1am which means that your company is not complying with overknight delivery,will I be reimbursed for lack of compliance?again I paid 50.00 for this service.
