I was told my parcel would arrive by 12 noon as its needed for a garage job on my car, and it never turned up absolutely terrible service from fedex and the customer service team don't answer there calls

Package spent 4 days in IL and another 4 in CA and still not delivered. No bad weather. 3 days past schedule. What is the problem!?

It's pretty good one day it says your package will be delivered by the end of the day by that night when it don't show up now we don't know where it's at or when it will be here.Good tracking. Very very very sad. It's not hard to push a button showing where something's at but they're too stupid to be able to log where things are

It is now april 7. My pkg was supposed to be delivered march 31. I ordered specialty chocolates early in the hopes that they would get here before the weather warmed up. Well I guess not. Would have rated a minus if it were possible.

Mr. Fedex I do not know what happens, it is already the second package that does not reach me and it is because of this company I do not know where they leave it if they deliver to the correct address but for the second time I lose a purchase thanks to Fedex

Package said delivered but not to me they took it somewhere else now it's missing and they said driver left on side door but I don't even have a side door only a front and back and they still haven't helped find my package they said I have to file a claim I thought I already did when I called them about there mistake and asking me questions like what my house looks like the address and ect I mean really this is messed up I do not like fedex terrible service!!!
