They have lost 2 of my packages so far so cannot recommend them.

My parcel came so late , I received it after 10 days. It was sent priority express. But what makes me mad is that when I received mg parcel(documents) it was in a bad condition. as if it was opened and the package was torned. Dilapilated. the envelop inside was also torned as if it was soaked and dried. Very unacceptable. No notes or explanation. why it was opened. Bad service .

i have been waiting 3 weeks for my package. it is in my city, “on its way to the usps that serves my area”. for three weeks!!!! i am extremely upset and i hate that i am leaving such a negative review but i am just completely disappointed in the way this has been handled.

I had a package that was supposedly delivered Thursday March 1'st I didn't receive it and another package in route but it won't show me where it is when I try to track it this is very aggravating I've had this issue before for now own I'll request my packages be sent by another carrier

2 of my packages were missing in action. I had to call FedEx for 1 order because it was in the same place for 3 days. The other package I'm waiting to see if it moves. They were from 2 different vendors and different states but due on the same day.

I have been using FEDEX for a few months now,having items shipped from Europe to Australia...They have been reliable,and on time...EXCELLENT SERVICE ...I shall continue to use FEDEX for all my parcel requirments..Recommend 100%

The actual distance between Bloomington CA & Sun Valley CA is ~ 60 miles... Yet FEDEX continually lists in at ~ 260 miles in north central CA... As an address rather than a city... This shows up on the map drawing as a giant hop north to once again come back South to Santa Clarita on the map when the actual distance traveled is just about 20 miles from Sun Valley CA to Santa Clarita CA... The map feature would be nice if you decided to fix the actual locations accurately. What other errors in the map locations does the map feature show?

I am still waiting for my package.it is two days later and they still haven't told me when my package is going to arrive. That's is pittiful. Please bring me my package.

They’ve picked up my shipment 5 days ago and no more information on it. No wonder Amazon eventually will get into shipping business.
