Was told “Easter Package” would be delivered by Friday without a doubt, Saturday at the Absolute Latest! It did not make it out of Illinois for 2 1/2 days so not sure how you planned on it being driven across country in that time frame! I would have gladly paid more to make sure it arrived before Easter but I was assured there was no need too! EXPECTATIONS WERE NOT MANAGED WELL ON THIS ONE!!!

terrible delays in delivering sensitive items, items arrive to destination completely damaged

Switched my delivery date from Monday to the Friday before soni cancelled all plans to wait for it and it still hasn't came in when I do receive my package I can garante I'm not going thru walmart or fedex anymore amazon all the way they stick to their word!

Package was to be hear between march 29th and april 1st. Package sat in NJ for a week.

sent a package off ground on Tuesday. They said delivery Friday evening. It didn't make it till the destination transportation till 9:36 Friday night. By 8pm Saturday, it was still listed as being at the distribution center, not out for delivery.

Had two different dates working on third

No stars your company is incompetent unprofessional and sick your named should change to turtle delivery you lie saying weather I looked up weather for every location my package has been and weather perfect sunny 57 to 60 degrees I am reporting you to the better business bureau

They changed my delivery date 5 different times

I give you guys a big fat 0. I was to receive a package Friday, 4-2-2021. Now it is changed to Monday, 4-5-2021. This is happening to me all the time. When you post a package is coming, it should come, not 4 days later. (Or maybe it could be changed again on Monday, who knows with you guys!!) Sure hope my package comes Monday!! Oh, I have to rate above as I can’t let it at none. I am going to rate a 1 star but it actually should be a big fat 0!!!

Federal express is the worst mail service they don’t even deserve 1 star I was expecting an overnight package it left Pennsylvania Thursday kerp in mind Pennsylvania is 6 hours from my house it went to New Jersey left New Jersey Friday morning was in elmsford ny 2 hours away now my package traveled 5 hours backwards to New Jersey again here it is day two still waiting for a 24 hour overnight package now it’s saying won’t get til Monday that will be 4 days don’t waste your money the post office is quicker I sent a package Thursday through post office priority mail they recieved that package the next day for 3.95 vs $30 I give fed ex the worst rating would never recommend any one to use it and I will tell everyone I know not to use their incredibly incompetent company

Ordered this thing two weeks ago then gets held up for four five days.

I booked courier on25th march from KHAMMAM TS to Melbourne.evenafter lapse of 10 days tracking show that the parcel is in transit at Singapore.it shows that fedex is not up to the expectations of customers in service. Pl.expedite smart service.
