Received 2 out of 3 boxes. Last box is travel back to where it originated from. Dumb! No contact on why.

Dont know what happened to fedex, it seems they can only deliver letters when promised not packages. 3rd timethey failed me. Never again

Package was scheduled to arrive 4/2/21. Received text from FedEx the day before advising me to be home for signature the next day. Stayed in house all day but package never came. Info on tracking shows no further info. It appears the item has never even left the city of origin where it was presented to FedEx four days ago.

The package supposed be delivered today, April 2 by 8pm, been waiting all day today, didn't see it coming. I did not receive no calls, no text message to explain why it didn't be delivered on promised delivery time!!!

I always believed in Fedex thinking that it fulfilled what it promised was to hand me a cell phone yesterday that I was going to give as a gift to my wife and they didn't give me any satisfaction to say why the delay was. Simply. They said they’ll deliver today, but don’t trust if it’s going to happen

Not happy with shipping updates

Late once again, the only time packages are late when we order off of amazon, is when it comes from fedex.

Does not show delivery date!!!!! How lame is that????

I ordered something earlier this week it was supposed to be here by early morning but it is ✨late✨

I have yet to receive my package or any update about it

Supplier sent parcel mid February- where is my parcel??? Snails are faster!

Not happy at all . I placed an order on a Tuesday way before 4pm and I paid extra for next day delivery and here we are Thursday evening and still no package delivered . Thats just unacceptable and I want my money back because I didn't get what I paid for .

How does package come all the way from Texas. Makes three other stops. And gets to Barrington nj. And never makes it to the customer. Sit in the warehouse for four days. And never gets to the customer.

Four packages they that I was supposed to get by Thursday April 1...the first was never delivered and now they don't know where it is the second was attempted to be delivered at the wrong address so they took it back I got it the next day but it was damaged and the other one I was supposed to get it said it was out for delivery but they have no idea what day I'll actually get it...I will never buy from anyone that's shipping by FedEx again
