very bad experience. Paid for package to be delivered on march 26 at 12 noon, and is march 26, 5.25 pm and package have not arrived yet.

Left instructions to deliver after 3pm, came at 12:14. Left directions to deliver after 3pm with delivery manager and a phone call, came at 11:47. Lack of communication, and ignored instructions, then suggested that I drive to their facility 30 miles away to pick up package since I wasn't home when they tried to deliver. That is what I payed THEM to do. Next time I will use UPS and the big brown truck.

poor slow service agian,again, picked up by FedEx on Tuesday at 1821 hrs in city of industry california, so far has moved 29 miles to burbank california as of 0930 hrs. Friday where it'll probably hangout for the weekend before slowly transiting north to Seattle again, should only take two weeks to get here.had another package ship on tues from so cal. Shipped UPS got it yesterday 2 days !!! Took FedEx three days to move my other one 29 miles !!!

As many other customers apparently said, cited Thursday and here it is Friday afternoon and still no package. Last week the kid left my package at my mailbox instead of coming up the drive... where anyone could've stolen it. My USPS mail lady brought it up to me. What kind of people are you employing? UPSb is way better!!!

Paid for overnight service on Mar. 22, 2021 and was told our package would arrive in Arizona next day. It is now March 26. Fedex has no idea where our package is. I was to have my calls returned by a manager...I did not receive one call back. Neither did my husband. FEdex told me Customs had the package. they do not. Fedex in the US told me they customs would have no reason to hold this package. You people have lost time sensitive documents that could cost us thousands of dollars...THOUSANDS. There isn't a rating low enough on the scale for me to rate you. Now we have additional lawyer's fees as docs need to be redone, and thanks to fedex, it may all be for not as our deadline approaches. fedex has lied and refuses accountability. I will NEVER use OR recommend fedex...ever. the only reason I have chosen 1 star is it does not allow me to submit without...ludicrous
