Fast and quick you guys are awsome

I live in a secured building Fedex suppose to buzzer to get inside they never do they leave your package outside the door and people steal the packages all the time. Fedex don't care because its doesn't belong to them.

I received a delivery date. Then changed to the following day. No package. Then a date 1week later. Now the date keeps changing. Tracking tells me it is still at the plane of origin. Don't provide tracking if the company isn't going to provide fine degree of accuracy. I started the job now I can't finish it and I have an outage customer. THANKS FEDEX. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Great with tracking packages

Never updates me, very late on the last 6 shipments

You never know when your order is going to show up.you can't go by what fedx says

Very bad service I didn't get my shipping I suppose to get 25 Feb it's almost one month since you have my shipping I send you an email still no answer

Why anyone insists on using this garbage service is beyond my comprehension

I am very upset that my packages were left out in the middle of my driveway when I have a front porch. You make claims to safe delivery that’s not safe from weather or from theft. It is almost an invitation for damage. Not happy whatsoever. Your rating system will not allow me to read it less than one star

I pay a lot of money for my shipping to get to where it supposed to go in today's it always take longer then that will not be using you guys ever again

My package is late and I am very sad!!!!

Decided to send a package with FedEx cause I thought the post office would take long. They promised me my package will arrive at the destination on a certain day I just checked the status of the package is still not there is still in the city I sent it. Never will I send anything with FedEx. Rather deal with the post office for that matter

terrible service, it is paid so expensive so that it does not arrive on time, I keep waiting for my shipment to arrive, which is urgent for me
