Not enough information bout where it is

My package was mailed Wednesday today Saturday still did not receive it

Expected a two day arrival. Ended up being 6 days, including the weekend. USPS is more reliable.

I've been waiting on the package for over 2 weeks I'm still says it's not coming until the 22nd it was a phone and the phone left three states away four five six states away and then ended up in Georgia close to where I am in Louisiana closer anyway and then it turned around and they took it all the way back to where it started at in Kentuckyand now they have to start all over again just to get it to me I don't understand why it went all the way back to Kentucky to the beginning instead of just coming on through this way I've been waiting a long time for this phone and I'm ready for it

I was supposed to get my package on 3/19 and it didn't come yet

The worse device ever. You can’t actually talk to anyone everything is automated. You have my address and can’t deliver to the right place. Our family has not had good service from Fedex at all in the last . We never receive packages you say we’re delivered. Federal needs major improvements on getting packages to their customers. Fedex does not care about their customers. You should find out who the employee was and where he or she delivered the package. Fedex you are responsible for making sure customers get their packages delivered to them correctly.

I have gotten wrong information on this delivery for the last 5 days. Service is abysmal!!!

Unbelievably bad. Two day shipping two days ago and my package of three perishables is in MD, destination is RI. Yet, the same package going to MD is sitting in TN. Both sent FedEx at same time from same place. So there will be two boxes of spoiled food.
