You need a better tracking like your competitors do. My packages was to be delivered today I took a day off work because you need a signature to leave it and here it is ALMOST end of your delivery hours and no package nor no update on tracking

Thank GOD none of our emergency services have stopped using Covid as an excuse for piss poor service. In my building service is now only Tuesdays and Thursdays, and even then it is dropped off in a public lobby that can be accessed by anyone in this community. No real security or dependability with Fed Ex anymore.

Received package and item had major damage. There was a tear in the box where the box was dropped or something went through it. Not the first time I have received torn packages from Fed Ex. Do your job Fed Ex!!! Deliver packages with care.

I love the delivery date thing. Why do they give you one when they can't deliver on time! My proven had been sitting in Memphis since Thursday. Delivery day is today, Monday March 15. Hmmmm Wish I could give a zero rating!

Paid for 24 hour service Thursday, because I had emergency. Today is Monday, still hasn't arrived. I'm at a loss and there's no one to talk to. I'm stuck without vital documents.

I ordered a prodeuct for a lady they texted me adelivery date of thursday the 11th they changed it to friday the 12th i find out today it never came so they took off they tried to deliver it sunday the 14th with no heads up now they have tuesday the 16th so fed ex thinks people should stay home till they decide to deliver it the temp the last week was in the 60s just incase they want to claim the weather kinda a crappy delivery set up
