They lost my 10 year anniversary gift

I ordered some pills for the nerves of my feet and its going to take so many days to recieve this in PR, this is disappointed and disgusting.

the service is very slow

I have used fed ex for years. With business shipments, personal and medical. If something happens, and we all know no matter what company or how hard you try it just goes wrong. But when I call them They find it and either get it to me asap or get it close for me to pick up. I live them

Late delivery with no heads up

Like all mail and package delivery service outfits, FedEx is uncaring and incompetent. Late delivery, damaged products and packaging, disappearing shipments, people making deliveries in unmarked and private cars and vehicles. Employees look unkempt and even dangerous. What the hell is going on with this company.

First of all, I sincerely hope this gets to the right person. I tried to talk to somebody by phone but that was pretty much impossible. I simply wanted to sing I'm composing this in order to sing the praises of the gentleman who delivers almost daily FedEx packages to me. He has been timely, conscientious, and through the pandemic, always dependable. I've been been a president of a company before, so I am more than aware the kind of person you want working for your company. Don't know his last name, but his first name is Paul, and I hope he stays and continues to deliver FedEx shipments to me forever because he is special employee. Terrific young man.! Conscientious, friendly , a real hustler, and willing to go the extra mile to help. My address is 1117 S. Mill Point Circle, Manhattan Kansas 66503, so obviously this is a daily part of his delivery route. Please make sure this gets to the right person and hopefully that Paul knows there are people out there that recognize excellence.

Fed Ex is the worst delivery company ever they need to take note from Amazon on how things should be ran!! Fed ex has no customer service skills the delivery drivers throw packages anywhere on the porch when they make there deliveries!! Just horrible whenever i order anything i pray Fed Ex is not delivering my package!!

I found out from my bank that fedex was to deliver my bank card...had to go on line to track..the tracking site said 2 attempts had been made to deliver. Uh. No notice left either time.waiting now-8:25 pm for me " deliver by 5 pm' parcel to arrive..tried several times to actually speak to a human on the phone- nope.no way...i am very disappointed.i would do no star if allowed.
