Suppose to deliver my medicine that needs to be delivered cold this morning. They said they were here, but to get into my apt., you have to key in my apt. Number so I can buzz you in, nobody was ever here like they said. And no ticket was ever left for me. I always have problems with fedex.

Consistly scan packages as delivered WITHOUT ACTUALLY DELIVERING THEM. Often, I have to call them and/or the vendor to track down the true location of my packages, and half the time they lose them. Now, AGAIN, as of 3/10/21, they scanned my package that they scheduled due for delivery today, as delivered and it wasn't. This when I called their customer service, the rep told me he found TWO records. One record said delivered, the other said it was still at the last processing facility. He told me he contact the facility to contact me via text yesterday, 3/10/21, with the actual status of my package. I did not receive a text, and I still do not know where my package is. Why does FedEx LIE ALL THE TIME??!

Use another carrier. They lose your stuff and they don't care.

I was supposed to get a package February 13th, and it never arrived. Fedex lost it. It still says in transit

Fedex is better than UPS, They delivered to my house when UPS don't, What's up with that. I wish I could get all my packages through Fedex. Great service.

Still waiting for shipment from MN to VA. Had shipments from Denver to VA in 3 days by competitor.

Leaves packages outside in rain and cold

I shipped a package to New York and was told it would arrive on Tuesday. Now I see it's in Indianapolis!!! Unless they're flying it I don't think it will make it!!! Very disappointed and won't send from here again!!!

Service is usually promptly. Carriers I find to be respectful. Keep up the great work

What is the use of Medicine that reaches post death of a patient. 9 days are over & No signs of delivery of Medicines.

I can't even tell where my package is. Said it would be delivered yesterday and now it says no information on my package. Ridiculous.

I am really sick of having to go to the post office to pick up my packages when I pay to have them delivered to my house. This doesn't happen with ups. Plus you don't even send me a message to tell me that they are there.
