FedEx is terrible Can’t get any info Package shipped 2/27 and no one at FedEx can tell me where package is or when it will arrive Same thing happened last time I used FedEx You guys are awful and a lot of lazy people do not even try to Help I was promised a phone call back for the last 3 days Never happened FedEx people are not truthful

FedEx accidently delivered someone else's package to me. Receiver had to sign for it. I told him that wasn't my package. Driver was VERY nice, stayed since was send of his route for day. Had a great time. 10/10, would accept wrong package again.

Fed-x said my delivery was supposed to be on the 4th. of March. Tracking said the same thing. Last I saw was the package was in N.C. It is now the 8th. of March & I haven't gotten any more updates of any kind or heard anything else from Fed-x. As far as I know my package is lost. Supplier did a good job getting my item out, problem is getting it delivered. Not happy.

From Montreal sent a package to my son who lives in Cornwall Ontario which is one hour from Montreal. I was asked to pay $104 if I wanted the package to arrive in Cornwall by noon the next day which was Friday March 5th. At 9:00p.m. Friday March 5th My sons package was 7 hours away in London Ontario. Today is Sunday March 7th 10:33p.my son has not received the package. Tracked this time in Mississauga. What a Mistake. Please go to your nearest Post Office, if urgent, please send your package via Express post. It is safe, more guaranteed to arrive on time and cheaper to send. They try blaming it on Covid 19. Covid 19 has nothing to do with a package coming from Montreal, on rout to Cornwall which is one hour away and ends up in London Ontario which is 7 hours away. A package which was supposed to be in Cornwall the next day now it's 3 days and I am still not sure when it will arrive. This is causing me extreme stress and anxiety. My son really needed his stuff for the weekend. Could have dropped it off, but that same Friday had just buried my Mom who passed away from Covid. I actually went to the main office in Ville Saint Laurent Montreal, just to make sure and they let me down. I am extremely disappointed. Extremely upset. Why don't they double check the receiving address with the client prior to sealing it on the envelope to make sure it's correct. This is horrible. FedEx does not even deserve 0.01 star That I am giving to them. They are totally careless, irresponsible and unprofessional.

Was promised Sunday March 7th delivery It is in Kansas & been there since 1:08 a.m. today March 7th. I thought Fed Ex was better than UPS & USPS .... I would understand if there was a snowstorm, but there isn't .... I better get a refund
