In the past year my records indicate you have never been on time. This is not about Covid. Your service has been going down the toilet for years. People plans there days around your delivery schedule when necessary. BUT >> You are not trustworthy.

Not sure if the seller got the address wrong or fed ex. I was informed my package was shipped and left on my doorstep my Amazon however fed ex tracking showed it was delivered to an entirely different state. Two days after the app said I had the package at my house nothing has been delivered. The seller refunded my money pretty quickly I just don’t understand how this happened.

Fed ex has always been a great delivery service!

Said that it would only take 7 days, ended up taking 17 days and was never updated of anything

Very bad experience. I am at home and waiting for my parcel then I got message you were unable to receive your pracel. Parcel was very important for me. I will not choose next time and will not recommend

My package was to be here today. 3 day delivery. Looks like it will be a few more days :(

Always late... Slowest service besides DHL!

I sent an overnight envelope from Idaho to California for a meeting on Tuesday morning. This shipment should have been delivered by Monday afternoon but was delayed in Memphis. We missed our meeting and had to postpone for 2 weeks. They changed 60.00 $$ for an overnight that shipped out on a Saturday and couldn't make it. And no one is saying that sence March of 2020 they no longer have any guarantees so all they can say is sorry. I won't in the future be using them any more and nor will I be recommending them for any future business to any of my clients.

So far...so bad. Sent a package out with scheduled deliver on 2/24/2021 and website still states package is enroute.
