Ordered work boots and the order sat in the first shipping location four days and was never updated. Cancelled the order and bought the boots at Academy. I have more trust in UPS, I wish we could choose our carriers on these shipments. I would NEVER use fedex

If there was an option for 0-5 stars, that’s would be the rating I’d give. Terrible customer support. No call back. No option to speak with an agent. Package is sitting at the depot (less than a mile from my own home) and has been for 5 days now. No correspondence. I purchased this package and required it on the promised date. Horrible. When you pay exorbitant amounts for “FedEx” shipping, you deserve to reap the advertised benefits. 0-5

My packages are constantly delivered to an address eight miles away. My rural address is four years old so it’s been long enough for FedEx to get it right but drivers insist on depending on mapping services instead of following directions let with FedEx office by us. For some reason UPS can find us but not fed ex. The two stars are only for the helpfulness of the the staff at the FedEx hub near us. I’d like to only be able to order from companies that do not use FedEx.

No point in getting a tracking number as FedEx repeatedly drops the ball and does not update the tracking. Either packages languish somewhere or tracking information is not updated. I find FedEx to be totally unreliable.
