Fed Ex does a horrible job of letting its customers know the location of their package and ETA. 7days have passed when I received an email stating that my package would arrive the next morning...7 days people! So this obviously causes panic because I have no idea if my package was stolen. So I use this app to locate my package and it’s the 28th of Feb, yet this app only has information up to Feb 15. More than 10 days have passed and you’re gonna tell me you don’t have any info on my package for the last 10 days???? Ridiculous!!! I signed up for text alerts... that’s also a joke to say the least!

Every time I use FedEx, I pay for 2day delivery. I have NEVER received my packages sooner than 5 days. FedEx has also lost my items and I’ve had to physically search their warehouse to recover them. It’s very disappointing!

My package is 5 days late. And still no delivery time noted .

Where is my package. Sitting at a warehouse in Illinois for 6 days. A 3 - 5 day turnaround is going on 17 days. No one has any answers or offer any solutions to deliver my package at all. Extremely poor customer service ! The roads in the northeast have been clear for over a week. I could have easily drove myself to pickup the item 4 times already but FedEx can't do what you pay them for.

Package’s are always a day to a week later to arrive than what they say.

Paid overnight worse customer service ever no one could explain why. Still ain't received and I see I'm not only one with this problem.ups came out same day and I got next day out of same place California and say do to weather but ups came next day out of california.crazy won't use no more ruin my bday gift I paid overnight bday past had to buy difrent gift

My package has been on route for 10 days from CA to OH. Like how many more days ? 20?

Slow delivery. I’ve been waiting 9 days for a iPad that was supposed to be Here 4 days ago. I checked where it was and it’s still at the fedex location. Complete bad service

Promised and costly paid for timely delivery of materials to my family members for my deceased mother’s Celebration of Life did not happen!!! I am extremely disappointed and upset by this! FedEx service expectations were completely unsatisfactory!!!!!!!

Overnite package still in Indianapolis after9 days

Shows pkg delivered, but it was delivered to the wrong person. I did not receive. Filed claim form.
